Ombudsman directs DPWH to produce all gadgets issued to Cabral
MANILA, Philippines — The Office of the Ombudsman directed the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to produce all the electronic gadgets issued to former Undersecretary Maria Catalina Cabral, for them to check whether the data inside these devices have been altered or tampered.
