Photos Joe ByrneCounty Board Chairperson Damien Byrne has paid tribute to all who have helped him through a year in which his family was hit by tragedy.Byrne lost his stepson, Paul Costigan, in May 2025, and he told delegates at Monday night’s Convention in Aughrim that it is something he and his family “will never get over”.
