The hugely popular MKE 600 Shotgun mic is the perfect partner for hybrid cameras and camcorders, being capable of handling the most demanding filmic challenges. Being a directional mic, sound from in front of the camera is recorded cleanly, while distractions from the sides and rear are effectively attenuated.
On top of this, the incorporated and switchable ‘Low Cut’ filter minimises wind noise, while the MKE 600 can also be battery powered to enable its use with video cameras/camcorders that don’t provide phantom power.
