Heavy rain expected in Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao due to shear line
MANILA, Philippines – The shear line is forecast to bring up to 200 millimeters of rain to parts of eastern Luzon from Wednesday until Friday, according to the state weather bureau. In its 5 a.m. weather advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the following areas will experience 100 to 200 millimeters of rain: Nov. 26, Wednesday: Apayao, Cagayan, Isabela Nov. 27, Thursday: Apayao, Cagayan Nov. 28, Friday: Cagayan Pagasa warned of possible flooding and landslides in moderate to highly susceptible areas in the said provinces.
