Update on attempted murder investigation as crime scene vans arrive

Emergency services were initially called to outside Laun-dri on Barbourne Road at around 4.15am this morning (Tuesday) after a man in his 30s was found with life-threatening injuries.
Since, five men aged between 22 and 35 have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and currently remain in police custody.
West Mercia Police cars remain on the scene alongside crime scene investigation vans.
Officers can be seen going around the back of the laundry business.

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Officers located a 30-year-old man with life-threatening injuries.
"He was taken to hospital, where he remains in a critical condition."
The man in his 30s was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham and remains in a critical condition.
