Hartlepool murder charge as man found dead in Allerton Close
A man has been charged with the murder of a 23-year-old. Police and paramedics were called to an address on Allerton Close in Hartlepool shortly before 11:00 GMT on Sunday, where Mohammed Shaan Ali Rasul, also known as Shaan, was found dead. Callum Howe, 22, of Blakelock Gardens, Hartlepool, earlier faced Teesside Magistrates' Court charged with murder. In a tribute released by police, Mr Rasul's sister said: "Our beloved brother Shaan we can't imagine the pain you suffered and can't believe you are no longer here."
