Prince Harry and Meghan 'snubbed' as Selfridges launch royal christmas range
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have faced another snub recently after they failed to make it into the royal Christmas range at Selfridges. Selfridges has launched a new royal festive range, with baubles in the likeness of senior members of the Royal Family. The range has baubles of King Charles, Queen Camilla, Prince William, Princess Catherine and even the late Princess Diana. However, there is no bauble of Prince Harry or Meghan Markle, which is likely to be a result of them quitting royal life five years ago. This is yet another snub to the couple, showing that while they were once senior royals, they are now not considered as key members of the family by retailers such as Selfridges. While the baubles could be interesting additions to any Christmas tree, they do come with a hefty price tag. Each one is believed to cost between £38-£40 per bauble. The ornaments also feature just the bust of the royal, measuring 10cm in height. They are made of 100% glass, according to Selfridges website. The retailer still has baubles of Queen Elizabeth II for people to also buy.Meghan and Harry aren’t the only royals snubbed from the collection, with Princess Anne, Prince Edward and Duchess Sophie also not featuring in the range. The range has been met with both praise and criticism online.
