Johnson Hana makes appointments following Eudia takeover

Legal services provider Johnson Hana has made appointments in a number of areas following its €42m acquisition by Eudia. The company has expanded its teams in delivery, eDiscovery, finance and commercial functions as it embarks on an accelerated phase of growth. Since the takeover by Eudia, the AI-powered legal tech platform company, Johnson Hana has moved to scale its capabilities and invest in talent. “This moment represents more than just headcount growth — it’s about assembling a world-class team that shares our vision to fundamentally transform how legal work is delivered,” said Dan Fox, founder and chief executive of Johnson Hana. “Powered by Eudia, we are scaling with purpose — combining technology, people and process to challenge the traditional ALSP model and deliver true value to in-house legal teams.” Johnson Hana has €20m in growth funding and "a dedicated war chest" for strategic acquisitions, and plans to continue expanding operations at its headquarters. It expects to double its numbers in Dublin while targeting the addition of more than 500 legal professionals worldwide by the end of the year. The company has responded to increased demand for defensible, tech-enable discovery solutions with five hires to its eDiscovery team. Anurag Sambhi, Amrutha Mahalingam, Parimal Joshi, and Sarah Linscott have been appointed as eDiscovery project managers while Jessica Jackson joins as junior legal analyst. “We’re incredibly proud of the team we’re building in eDiscovery,” said Deirdre Ryan, head of eDiscovery. “This isn’t just growth for growth’s sake — it’s about becoming the most trusted, capable, and client-centric eDiscovery partner in Ireland.” Farah Haddad and Nadine McMahon have been appointed as legal directors, Charles Lindon joins as VP of contracts, and Jessica Kiely rounds out an expanded team focused on precision legal delivery. Barry Doyle, formerly investment director at MASV and president of Chartered Accountants Ireland, has been appointed as chief financial officer and chief operations officer. He brings deep operational experience from scaling companies like Storyful and xSellco. David Acres has been recruited for delivery operations, Conor Wall has been appointed director of finance, and Connor Molloy has been made new business director. Johnson Hana is now preparing to expand internationally, launch new products and deepen its capabilities in contracts-as-a-service, eDiscovery and litigation, data protection, legal operations and secondments.
