Vogue Williams says 'it was so weird' after viewing Irish house she had always 'lusted after'
Vogue Williams has revealed why it was "so weird" to look inside a large house with a "beautiful" garden in Howth. Speaking in a recent episode of the White Wine Question Time podcast, Vogue shared candid details about her upbringing and the "only time" she felt "embarrassed" about her living situation during her younger years. In the conversation, host Kate Thornton asked Vogue about her "upgraded" life when she was a teenager. It prompted the media personality to recount a time in her life when she "didn't necessarily get new stuff." However, she stressed that her mum made their lives "very comfortable" and described how she once felt like they didn't have money because they didn't have a car, and her mum dropped her off at a party on Vogue’s bike. She said: "And like, that was the only time I ever kinda felt embarrassed, and then my mum met Neil when I was probably about seven, and we were still living quite a modest life. "And then when I was about 12, Neil’s business kinda took off, and then we just lived in a very... like, I love Howth. I'm from a place called Howth."

She continued: "I talk about it all the time because I love it so much, but like a really gorgeous house in Howth that I actually pretended I had the money to buy because it went up for sale recently. And I was like, 'Oh, yeah'. And I went and looked at it. It was so weird. Yeah, I had no intention of buying, but like..." Kate interjected, asking if it was a house that she'd "always lusted after", to which she replied that it was the house she had lived in. She then detailed how she remembered it being bigger when she was younger. She explained that it remained a large house with a "beautiful" garden, but it was "really weird" to look in her old bedroom. She then commiserated with the "poor estate agent" but added that she bought a house from them "in the end." Vogue's mum, Sandra, and dad, Freddie, split up when she was seven, with Sandra later marrying businessman Neil Wilson. Sadly, Freddie passed away after suffering a stroke at the age of 68. Married to Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, the couple has three children: Theodore, Gigi, and Otto. It appears that the prospect of expanding her family further has been a recent topic of thought.

Speaking to Netmums podcast hosts Wendy Golledge and Alison Perry earlier this year, Vogue said she'd "100 percent decided" before Christmas that "three (children) was enough." Despite this resolute stance, her decision seemed to waver in February. She said: "And then for some reason, in February, I thought maybe... (I might have another baby)." However, there may also be some reluctance, as she added that she "can't fully make that decision", saying she's "not a good pregnant person" and felt "so, so sick" during her pregnancies.
