Photo: Johnny BrewComedian Sil Fox, who is suing the State after being wrongly accused of sexually assaulting a fan, has accused the State of “playing for time in the hope that I die soon and it goes away”.In 2020 lawyers for the comedian, who recently celebrated his 92nd birthday, launched High Court proceedings against the Director of Public Prosecutions, the Garda Commissioner, the Justice Minister, the Government and the Attorney General for breaching his constitutional right to a good name.
