The City of Victoria is warning voters in the region that thousands of mail-in ballots may not be counted due to a delivery delay. The city says there was a misunderstanding with Canada Post. As CTV's Anna McMillan reports, the ballot packages are being sent out now. Voters are advised not to mail them back to the city, and to vote in person instead. Some voters say that simply isn't an option. #election2026#victoriabc#vancouverisland
