Has the US reduced the amount of intelligence it shares with Ukraine? That's the accusation from President Zelensky, after a second consecutive night of Russian missile strikes - that hit targets in Ukraine without any advance warning from allied-intelligence.

At the same time, Ukraine has accused Elon Musk's Starlink of imposing restrictions on the speed at which some of Ukraine's weapons can travel and stay connected to the Starlink internet network. It's caused disruption Ukraine's 'battlefield missions', according to the government.
