Saudi Arabia’s bottled water sector is expanding as households, businesses, hospitality establishments, and religious tourism facilities continue to rely on packaged drinking water. The Kingdom’s arid climate, high temperatures, growing population, expanding tourism infrastructure, and strong preference for convenient hydration are supporting demand. At the same time, manufacturers are investing in production technologies, quality controls, and packaging solutions to respond to changing consumption and environmental expectations.
According to a Saudi Arabia bottled water industry report, the sector was valued at USD 1.91 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach USD 2.12 billion in 2026 and USD 3.92 billion by 2032, registering a CAGR of 10.82% during 2026–2032. Still bottled water represents around 90% of the sector in 2026, while rigid plastic packaging accounts for approximately 70%, reflecting the importance of everyday hydration and convenient distribution formats.
