Our SaaS sales team already does cold email and LinkedIn outreach, and now management wants us to add Reddit, X, and a couple of other social channels. I don't want reps copying the same pitch everywhere, especially when people on those platforms aren't expecting a sales message. It seems like social would work better if we only joined conversations where someone is already asking for recommendations, comparing products, or talking about a problem we solve. How would you build a multi-channel outbound strategy around that without making the team manually watch every platform all day?
