Police catch 74-year-old after indecent exposure incidents in Scottish town

The 74-year-old man is expected to appear before Dundee Sheriff Court on November 5. 

The alleged offences took place between October 2025 and November 2026, mostly in the Kinburn Park and Cockshaugh Park areas of St Andrews.

Commenting on the case, Detective Sergeant Mark Millar said: “Incidents of this nature can cause a great deal of concern and distress within the local community and will not be tolerated.

“We’d like to thank members of the public for their assistance, which was vital during our investigation.

“We’d also urge anyone else who has witnessed this type of criminality to please get in touch with Police Scotland on 101.”
