Two weeks into ‘s latest tour, the band had to reschedule a stop after had to end the show early.
During Thursday’s Madison Square Garden show, the frontman performed through vocal issues before pulling the plug early, telling the audience that he plans to reschedule the show at the famed New York City venue.
“I’m sorry, I’m hurt and you’re not getting the best of me,” he said in videos posted online from the concert.

“Don’t throw away your ticket stubs, I’m gonna figure something out, OK? Just hold onto it, we’ll figure out how to reschedule,” added Bon Jovi. “But I’m gonna have to cool it for the night.”
The lead singer previously underwent reconstructive surgery on his vocal cords in 2022 after issues with his voice since 2015, which he opened up about in the Hulu docuseries Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story.
After kicking off the Bon Jovi Forever Tour on July 7, the band is set to continue on Sunday at MSG before heading to the U.K. next month.
