It makes sense that with all the time and money you put into your farm, you'd want to protect your crops from being destroyed by crows. How to Get the Scarecrow Blueprint in Moonlight Peaks
You can begin the process of unlocking the Scarecrow by growing crops on your farm (which also happens to be one of the best ways to make money in Moonlight Peaks) and then by letting a crow destroy them. If you haven't already started using your farm, make sure you clear some space, use your pickaxe to clear rocks, your scythe to clear foliage, and your shovel to dig up farm plots.
If you haven't already, grab seeds from Luna's stand outside her farm, North of yours. Find them in your inventory and select Plant, but don't forget to water them! When a crow attacks your plant (which happens randomly), you can sleep and wake up to a cutscene with your Uncle Viktor, who gives you the Scarecrow blueprint.
For me, this happened after about 20 plants were planted.
Scarecrow BlueprintYou can build a Scarecrow at the Workbench for x5 Wood and x20 Fiber.
To get wood, use your axe to cut down trees and chop fallen trunks. Fiber requires using your Scythe to cut the weeds, leaves, and grass in the area. How to Use the Scarecrow in Moonlight Peaks
Find the Scarecrow in your inventory when you have it made and select Place. The border around the Scarecrow will show the plants that will be protected, and the Scarecrow will prevent crows from attacking these plants.
