Members can also review their statements, update personal information, store passport details for future trips, and conveniently access any redeemable vouchers.The mobile app is available for free download on iOS and Android devices.Separately, British Airways has issued guidance to travellers regarding one essential item they should take to the airport in order to 'avoid delays' at security. On its official website, under the latest passenger updates and travel guidance, the carrier advised: "We recommend you carry a copy of the prescription for your medication to avoid delays at security or customs."A BA spokesperson elaborated: "If you need to take regular medication, it's important to pack enough essential medication for your personal use on board - and for the first few days of your journey - into your smaller under-seat item of hand baggage.
