Hailey and Justin Bieber are taking a bite out of the Big Apple. The A-list couple have picked up their first shared NYC property (that we know of) and at $12 million, it’s quite the bite. According to the Wall Street Journal, the condo in Manhattan’s charming West Village neighborhood spans 2,800 square feet with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths.
The duo’s new dwelling is located in a curvy condominium, a collaboration between hotelier and Studio 54 co-founder Ian Schrager and Pritzker Prize–winning architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron. The concrete-and-glass building stretches 14 stories high and was inspired by the work of the late Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer.

As one might expect, details of the highest-of-the-high-end are found throughout the residence, which makes generous use of Scandinavian larch. Wide planks of the pale wood line the floors, bathing them in ample sunlight from floor-to-ceiling windows that stretch the entire length—over 120 feet—of the condo’s curved wall. More larch wood lines the powder room and composes the sleek cabinetry in the modern kitchen, which is situated in the corner of an airy great room with living and dining areas and well-scaled walls designed for displaying art. A separate chef’s kitchen (off the “social kitchen”) adds a wine fridge and steam oven to the already impressive fleet of luxe Sub-Zero, Wolf, Gaggenau, and Miele appliances.
On one end of the dwelling, overlooking the Hudson River, the primary suite features a bathroom with his-and-hers sinks and a massive soaking tub. An adjacent room with its own en suite bath offers space for an office, den, library, or as another bedroom, while the other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the main living area. Hailey and Justin also have access to the building’s luxurious roster of community amenities. Just a sample of the offerings: a landscaped courtyard, a 70-foot swimming pool, a yoga and Pilates studio, a steam room, a catering kitchen, and a children’s playspace that was perhaps a draw for the littlest Bieber, the couple’s not-quite-two-year-old son, Jack Blues.
