New analysis by Knight Frank, shared exclusively with Retail Week, shows that online growth is slowing, with the majority of gains in online sales now among multi-channel retailers The Covid-19 pandemic forced many retailers and shoppers to prioritise online, taking internet retail sales to a peak of 37.2% of all UK retail revenue in February, 2021. That share dropped in the immediate aftermath, but remained significantly up on where we were pre-pandemic.
