Israel and Iran seem to ease off further strikes, just hours after exchanging fire for the first time since the US agreed to a ceasefire with Tehran two months ago. Still, both sides have made it clear they’re ready to hit back if provoked. We speak with Jonathan Panikoff of the Scowcroft Middle East Security Initiative at the Atlantic Council.
