Kim Kardashian’s soccer ‘CURSE’ – teams suffer gruesome injuries and brutal defeats ahead of World Cup
KIM Kardashian hasn’t been the best good luck charm for some soccer teams after attending their games.
The reality star frequently takes her 10-year-old son Saint to professional soccer games, and they’re expected to be in the stands at some 2026 FIFA World Cup matches in the coming weeks.

However, that could mean bad news for the athletes, given her track record of multiple players getting seriously injured or teams suffering brutal defeats when she’s in the stadium.
While it’s most likely just a coincidence that Kim, 45, is in the arena at the same time as the injuries and losses, rumors have circulated that the beauty mogul has cursed the sport with her presence.
Multiple mishaps took place on March 16, 2023, when Kim and Saint traveled to Emirates Stadium in London to watch Arsenal FC face off against Sporting CP.
The duo was spotted cheering on Arsenal during the UEFA Europa League round of 16, leg two match, from an exclusive fan section.

Photos obtained by The U.S. Sun show Saint sporting a red-and-white Arsenal jersey, looking excited and pointing at the field.
Kim, wearing a white zip-up and long coat, also appeared to be getting into the game, as she sat beside her son and his friends.
Her attendance might’ve thrown a wrench in Arsenal’s chances of winning, as they were defeated 5-3 on penalties in a chaotic match.
Near the start of the game, the team suffered two nasty blows to their lineup after right-back Takehiro Tomiyasu went down with a knee injury, and center-back William Saliba hobbled off the field with a back injury.

They managed to stay afloat, leading to the first-ever penalty shootout at the stadium, with the match ending 1-1 (3-3 on aggregate) after extra time.
Days later, Kim, Saint, and Kendall Jenner appeared at the Ligue 1 match between Paris Saint-Germain and Stade Rennes at Parc des Princes in Paris.
This time, the mother-son pair took selfies together on the field and sat in a closed-off area; Kim rocking a black leather trenchcoat, and Saint, a gray t-shirt over a black hoodie.
It was another wild match with Stade Rennes shattering Paris Saint-Germain’s 35-match winning streak at home in Ligue 1, finishing with a 2-0 victory.
Paris Saint-Germain also suffered a massive injury to their defense when four players were sidelined, forcing some significant changes to the team’s roster.
Saint’s superfan, Lionel Messi, was also heavily booed when the starting lineups were read.
The youngster met the soccer legend in July 2023, when Kim took him to Florida to see his debut match for Inter Miami.
They reunited in February 2024, when Saint was chosen as the official player mascot for Lionel when Inter Miami played the LA Galaxy in Los Angeles.
Saint, whom Kim shares with her ex-husband, Kanye West, got to hold Lionel’s hand as he led the team through the tunnel before kickoff.
The match, which also attracted other A-list celebrities like Halle Berry, Edward Norton, Hilary Duff, and Lil Wayne, ended in a 1-1 draw.

On August 25, 2024, Kim gave her son another special treat by taking him to visit Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéu stadium in Madrid.
Photos obtained by The U.S. Sun captured the model watching her son play on the field from the sidelines.
Kim wore baggy gray sweatpants, a skintight black tank top, and a black baseball cap, while Saint rocked white shorts, a light blue jersey, and white cleats.
The Hulu star has seemed to really bond with her son over the game and has used the opportunity to collaborate with Nike on another project.
On Wednesday, she posted a photo on Instagram from a soccer-themed shoot they appeared in for the brand.
The photo captured Kim curled up in a camping chair on a grass field, with Saint hugging her from behind.
On either side of them were soccer balls and other equipment, but their eyes remained locked on the camera.
“SOCCER SAINT. Watch now @nike,” Kim captioned the post.
It’s assumed the pair will be plenty busy this summer with over a hundred games scheduled during the World Cup, the largest in its history.
The tournament runs for six weeks from June 17 to July 19, with matches in both the United States and internationally.
