Netflix New Crime Thriller Miniseries Officially Arrives in Less Than 3 Weeks
It’s taken years, but Harlan Coben has quietly become one of the most legendary writers of crime fiction in the world. Coben’s work has become so popular that he was recruited to star in an unscripted series, Harlan Coben’s Final Twist, which follows the author as he exposes shocking murder and scandals that peel back layers of deceit. The show aired earlier this year in January, and it was such a success that it was picked up for Season 2, though it’s unclear at this time when it will be released. Coben’s first project of 2026 was Run Away, the Netflix original crime thriller starring James Nesbitt and Minnie Driver. Run Away went toe-to-toe with Stranger Things Season 5 at the time of airing, and Coben will have a chance to keep the momentum soon with another binge-worthy Netflix series.
Coben officially returns to Netflix for the new limited series, I Will Find You, which stars Sam Worthington and Britt Lower. Worthington is best known for playing Jake Sully in all three of James Cameron’s Avatar and Lower is famous for her work as Helly in Severance. Promotion for I Will Find You has been ramping up over the last few weeks, with Netflix releasing the first images and trailer for the show recently, but the streamer took things to a new level this morning. Netflix has released the final trailer for I Will Find You, which teases one of Coben’s most intense crime thrillers of all time. All episodes of I Will Find You will begin streaming on Netflix in less than three weeks, on June 18.
I Will Find You follows an innocent father (played by Sam Worthington) who is wrongfully serving life in prison for murdering his son. However, when he receives evidence that his son is still alive, it forces him to break out of prison and find out the truth about who is behind the terrible act. I Will Find You is based on Coben’s novel of the same name, but he only serves as an executive producer on the show — Robert Hull is the lead writer/showrunner on the series. He previously wrote episodes of Pennyworth, the Batman spin-off series streaming on HBO Max.
Check out the final trailer for I Will Find You above and stay tuned to Collider for more updates and coverage of the show, which premieres around the world on Netflix on June 18.
