Treasury Secretary says Trump $250 bill is in approval process
U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent spoke at Thursday's White House briefing and mentioned that Trump's proposed $250 bill - printed with his face on it - was indeed met with resistance, as only deceased presidents become printed on currency.
Bessent also revealed that the Trump-faced bill is in the processing stage within the senate.
