we love our pilates sessions… but strength training will always be part of the routine😌
strength, power, stability & core, a little bit of everything in yesterday’s full body session. training to move well, feel strong, and build a body that’s capable inside and outside the gym!
today’s workout:
• half kneeling shoulder press — 3x10/side
• push press — 3x10–12
• goblet marches — 3x20 marches
• staggered RDLs — 3x8–10/side
• kettlebell swings — 3x12–15
• ball slams — 3x10–12
• shoulder taps — 3x30 secs
