Two appointments strengthen Savills Ireland’s presence in prime residential market
Savills Ireland has appointed Guy Craigie as Divisional Director in its Country Residential division and Peter Kenny as Consultant in its Dublin Residential division, further strengthening its presence across Ireland’s prime residential market.
Both join Savills from Knight Frank and form part of a broader expansion of the firm’s residential business.
Craigie brings more than 15 years of experience advising clients on high value residential property transactions.
He began his career in prime central London, rising to Associate Director at Chestertons where he led the Kensington Church Street office.
During his time in London he gained extensive experience advising on complex, high value transactions and developed a deep understanding of the dynamics that shape the prime property market.
Returning to Ireland in 2017, Craigie joined Knight Frank where he established a strong reputation in the Irish residential market.
At Savills, he will join the firm’s specialist Country Homes team with a dedicated focus on the prime residential market, advising private clients, investors and institutional buyers on the sale and acquisition of country properties.
Kenny is one of the most experienced figures in Dublin’s prime residential market, with over 40 years advising on high-value sales across the capital.
A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS, MSCSI), he has a strong track record in negotiation and deal execution and has consistently operated at the top end of the market, particularly across Dublin 4 and South County Dublin.
His appointment strengthens Savills Dublin residential re-sales team and enhances its capability in the sale of prime homes in the capital.
