A 237-acre north Dublin farm described as one of the most productive and versatile agricultural holdings to come to the market in recent years has been launched for sale with a guide price of €7m. Skidoo Farm at Ballyboughal, being brought to the market by Savills Ireland, is located approximately 22 kilometres from Dublin city centre between Swords and Ashbourne, with easy access to the M1 motorway. The ring-fenced holding is being offered either as a whole or in two separate lots, providing flexibility for potential buyers in what agents say is a rare large-scale offering close to the capital. Lot 1, which includes Skidoo House and the main farm, has a guide price of €6.625m, while Lot 2, Skidoo Lodge, is guiding €375,000.
