Senate urged to convene as impeachment court to try VP Duterte

MANILA, Philippines — The Senate should convene as an impeachment court on Monday to begin the trial of Vice President Sara Duterte and recover from a “week of chaos” that roiled the chamber, Akbayan Rep. Percival Cendaña said on Sunday.
