Pizza Kitchen, based on West Stewart Street, has officially been placed on the market following the owners’ decision to step back after a decade in business.
The business is being advertised as a fully operational fast food takeaway ready for immediate trading.

According to the listing, the premises includes a fully equipped commercial pizza kitchen and offers “immediate income from day one”.
The advert also highlights the takeaway’s “strong local reputation” and says there is potential to increase sales by extending opening hours.
Current rent for the premises is listed at £850 plus VAT.

Earlier this year, the owners confirmed they had decided to spend more time with family after 10 years running the business.
They also confirmed sister business PK75 will continue operating as normal.
