E-bike rider who fled after killing great-grandmother jailed
A teenager who rode an e-bike dangerously and knocked down and killed an elderly woman, has been jailed for six years and nine months.
19-year-old Billy Stokoe was under the influence of drugs when he ran into Gloria Stephenson, 86, at a zebra crossing in Sunderland last May.
