Custody suites updated after Channel 4 investigation
After investigations by Channel 4 News into the concerning treatment of people in custody by Greater Manchester Police, the force says it has made significant improvements.
We have been given access to film their new custody suite, with airport-style body scanners, brought in to reduce the number of strip searches, though it comes at a time when complaints about custody continue to rise.
