Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic First Street welcomes family medicine specialist Dr. Chelsea Crouch
Dr. Chelsea Crouch, a doctor of osteopathic medicine specializing in family medicine, is thrilled to join the Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic First Street.
“I look forward to working at Essentia as I feel it is a well-established system in the community that provides excellent support for physicians and therefor, more comprehensive care for patients,” said Dr. Crouch.
Dr. Crouch earned her medical degree from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri. She completed her family medicine residency at Marquette Family Medicine Program in Marquette, Michigan and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
“I view the doctor-patient relationship as a team where we work together to improve health,” said Dr. Crouch. “I tend to be openminded and like to educate my patients on how the body works and how their medical conditions developed so we make the best decisions for a care plan.”
