Britney Spears has entered a rehab facility to seek treatment for substance abuse issues following her DUI arrest.Her representative confirmed the rehab stint on Sunday to Us Weekly, after Celebrity Intelligence was the first to break the news about Spears, 44.'She realizes she hit rock bottom,' an insider told TMZ of the Grammy-winning pop star's decision to seek help, amid pressure from her inner circle. Spears has had yearslong issues with substances such as alcohol and the ADHD medication Adderall, sources told TMZ. The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Spears for comment.Her decision to enter treatment comes around a month after she was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Ventura County, California, on March 4.
