Things quickly turned sour for this pair when Sam shared that he wasn't ready for fatherhood — and Chris shared that he was expecting a child with a friend through IVF. There were plenty of arguments, and eventually, they called it quits.And apparently, it was never going to work. “Off-camera, I got nothing from [Sam]. We went on one date,” Chris later told Nine. “He didn't hold my hand, no affection. He didn't even know my kids' names. He didn't know my mum's name who came to the wedding, my sister's name who came to the wedding.”He added, "When there was a camera in front of Sam's face, he said all the right things."As for Sam, he said, “I think it's learned behaviour through his whole life, and getting Chris to change the way he reacts to feedback in just a couple of weeks was impossible.
