Free HEROPOP event brings cosplay and music to Eagles Meadow
Taking place on Saturday, the free HEROPOP event promises a high-energy mix of cosplay characters, tribute performances and interactive entertainment from 11am to 3pm.
Described as a crossover event “where different worlds collide”, HEROPOP will bring together a range of familiar characters and performers, offering visitors the chance to enjoy live shows, sing along to well-known hits and meet some of their favourite heroes.

Throughout the day, there will be meet-and-greet sessions with characters, alongside staged performances designed to keep audiences of all ages entertained. Visitors will also have plenty of opportunities to take photos and capture moments with the costumed characters.
Organisers say the event is aimed at everyone, whether they are fans of superheroes, pop music or simply looking for a free family day out in the town centre.
Appearance times for characters and performances will vary across the afternoon, encouraging visitors to stay and explore everything on offer.

The event marks the first time Eagles Meadow has hosted a large-scale crossover experience of this kind, combining elements of cosplay, live music and interactive entertainment in one setting.
HEROPOP will run between 11am and 3pm on Saturday, with organisers promising a lively atmosphere and something for everyone to enjoy.
