Here’s a little workout routine. 30 min stair master (level 6-10) 10 min inclines walk (speed 3 incline 10) 4x10 hip thrusts 4x10 RDL’s 4x10 (each leg) weighted lunges Abs 3x20 each exercise (I do a circuit) Im 5ft 110 lbs Also keep in mind my diet is a big factor in weight. I eat very clean and am on some peptides, so those are all factors I want you to consider when looking at my body type. Transparency is key. I’m not a trainer by any means. I am simply someone who likes to workout and I was a gymnast growing up so when I got older I still was looking to move my body. Now I go to the gym!:)
