CHEd: Online classes for HEIs allowed amid oil crisis

MANILA, Philippines — All higher education institutions (HEIs) are allowed to shift to 100-percent online classes as necessary amid the ongoing oil crisis in the country. The Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) issued the new guidance through Memorandum from the Office of the Chairperson (No. 117, s. 2026).
