@jimmorrison of the #Doors died in a #paris bathtub on July 3rd 1971. He was only 27. Morrison was buried in a simple wooden coffin in eastern Paris at the famous Le Pere Lachaise Cemetery. I am a doors fan, so while in Paris in the mid 1907s I visited the grave with my #leica camera. This photograph matters to me because shortly after it was taken, this beautiful marble bust of Morrison was stolen. “The future is uncertain and the end is always near” are words written by Morrison that I live by. I re-scanned the negative and used #ai tools to bring them back to life!
