Taxi driver jailed for raping woman on her way home from night outThomas Tosh, 39, was found guilty of attacking the 23-year-old woman at his home in Drumchapel, Glasgow, while she was intoxicated and incapable of giving consent. Prosecutors at Scotland's Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS), said Tosh collected the victim and her friends from a pub in nearby Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire, in the early hours of 30 September 2023.
