Enerco Energy readies application to finish contentious Meenbog wind farm
Way up on the blanket bog of the Tawnawully Mountains, clustered amid dense conifer plantations, sit 16 oval concrete structures, some covered with tarp, others left to brace the elements of the often harsh Donegal climate.
