Replying to @zekekooyer4 What should you do if you are 30 years old with elevated LDL and Lipoprotein a cholesterol and your cardiologist tells you that you don't need to do anything because your calcium score is 0. This is the problem with over hyping imaging like calcium. Calcium only detects late stage plaque. This is equivalent to telling a smoker that the should keep smoking because their CT scan doesn't show lung cancer.
