Vistech backs Digital Newcomer category on entry deadline day for Tees Tech Awards
Friday (March 27) is deadline day for entries in the Tees Tech Awards – and security firm Vistech Services says it’s proud to be backing the Digital Newcomer category.
Just a handful of sponsorship opportunities now remain for the awards, to be held in Teesside University’s impressive Digital Life building on June 4.
Some of the region’s biggest names have already pledged their support by sponsoring categories.
With Double Eleven as the headline sponsor, category sponsors already confirmed include Azets, Middlesbrough College, Teesside University, Punch Robson and Outrank, with UKSE sponsoring the event programme and Square One the shortlist films.
And the latest to join the category sponsor list is Middlesbrough-based Vistech, which says it’s “inspired by the ambition” of the Tees region’s emerging tech talent.

The seventh Tees Tech Awards – organised by Tees Business in conjunction with games developers Double Eleven – will see 11 trophies handed out on the big night.
Custom AI development specialist BearTech won last year’s Newcomer prize – and as with all the categories, the calibre of entrants for 2026 is sure to be high in a region recognised as the fastest growing tech hub outside London.
