Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton were seen taking a loved-up stroll in Tokyo this weekend to further fuel speculation over a potential romance.The A-list duo are believed to be dating after being spotted together on two separate occasions in recent weeks, including at last month's Super Bowl in Santa Clara, California.Rumors first surfaced when they were pictured checking into an upmarket hotel in the Cotswolds together at the end of January, and whispers of a relationship have grown louder ever since.Now Kardashian, 45, and Hamilton, 41, have been captured again out in Tokyo, where the Formula One star is enjoying some downtime with his new flame in between the Chinese and Japanese Grand Prix.Fan footage posted on social media shows the couple walking through the streets and acknowledging stunned passers-by.Hamilton appeared in good spirits while out and about with the reality TV star, even waving to a fan in one photo shared online.
