Holiday apartments and marina near Carnforth up for sale
Tewitfield Marina, located on the Lancaster Canal in Tewitfield near Carnforth, is being marketed by specialist leisure property adviser Christie & Co.
The sale follows a decision by its owner, Lake District Estates, to concentrate future development on high-quality holiday parks.

Tewitfield Marina includes 33 holiday apartments that can accommodate up to 134 guests, along with more than 50 private moorings for narrowboats and cruisers.
The site offers 50 weeks of permitted use per year for holiday accommodation and full-year access for marina moorings.
Planning consent has also been granted for 10 additional apartments, which would allow the site to accommodate 22 more guests.
The marina is located next to the Longlands Country Inn & Restaurant and generates income from a combination of mooring fees, service charges, ground rents and property sales.
