Did Jeffrey Epstein Have a Secret Child? Email Shows Sarah Ferguson Congratulating Him on 'Baby Boy'
Newly released documents from the US Department of Justice suggest that Jeffrey Epstein may have fathered a secret child. In a 2011 exchange, Sarah Ferguson reportedly sent her well-wishes to the disgraced financier after hearing from Prince Andrew about his newborn son. This revelation, found within millions of pages of unsealed files, has sparked fresh questions about the late paedophile's private life and his high-profile connections.Jeffrey Epstein's 'Bombshell' Admission'This is the mother of my child.' Jeffrey Epstein reportedly made this confession to a victim while pointing at a photograph of a blonde woman in his New York home. The claim surfaced within a massive trove of Department of Justice documents detailing the late financier's private interactions. One victim, who reports being abused by Epstein for years starting at age 16, described how he identified a blonde woman in a beach photograph as his child's mother. In these newly unsealed records, she explains that he even kept a sculpted model of the woman's torso in his Manhattan home, referring to her as 'perfect'.This shocking revelation, found among the latest Department of Justice files, is set to revive old rumours regarding Epstein's potential offspring. Such claims carry extra weight given well-documented reports that the disgraced financier intended to use his own DNA to create a new generation of humanity. While Jeffrey Epstein's brother, Mark, has consistently dismissed these reports and maintains that the late financier was childless, alternative accounts have emerged. The Daily Mail has highlighted several instances of Epstein requesting women to act as surrogates, including an FBI interview where another victim alleged he pressured her to bear his child.
The unsealed files also include a notable image of Epstein embracing a woman holding a baby at his New York residence. While the identities of the child and the blonde-haired woman in the miniskirt are hidden, the financier is captured smiling at her with his hand resting on her waist.Thousands of other documents made public feature images of Epstein holding an infant, though the identities of these children remain unknown, as their faces were hidden. These photographs are part of a vast collection of visual evidence released, where none of the minors have been officially named.A Royal CongratulationsRumours of a secret child gained momentum last month following the discovery of emails sent by Sarah Ferguson, a former close associate of the financier. In a September 2011 message, the former Duchess of York reached out via BlackBerry Messenger to offer her well-wishes on his new role as a father.
She wrote: 'Don't know if you are still on this bbm [BlackBerry Messenger] but heard from The Duke that you have had a baby boy. Even though you never kept in touch, I still am here with love, friendship and congratualtions [sic] on your baby boy. Sarah xx.'A Harrowing TestimonyFive months after Epstein was found dead in a New York cell while awaiting trial for sex trafficking, a victim detailed his claims of fatherhood to the FBI in January 2020. Her account of their interactions provided investigators with a deeply distressing narrative to consider. The survivor, an immigrant from a redacted nation, described how her family moved to Kansas, where her parents worked at McDonald's to make ends meet. After being spotted by a modelling scout, she relocated to New York at the age of 16. It was there, in 2005, that she met Epstein on five separate occasions after being introduced through connections in the modelling industry.
In a deeply unsettling testimony, the survivor recalled being a virgin when she first met the paedophile, who later bragged about his abuse by calling her the 'best d*** sucker'.She described the scene inside one of his residences' suites to the FBI: 'In another suite of his residence, there was a picture of a blonde woman on the beach.Epstein told (redacted) that this was the mother of his child. There was a torso sculpture, like a mold – Epstein said this mold was of this woman. Epstein told that this woman was perfect. Epstein told that her husband will be very lucky.'A Request for a SurrogateHandwritten notes from an apparent British victim detail another instance where the financier proposed fathering a child with a third woman. While at his Palm Beach residence in Florida, she recalled how he raised the topic of having a baby, an exchange that reportedly left Ghislaine Maxwell feeling both angry and resentful. She noted: 'brought up (the) subject of having a child and GM (Maxwell) upset and pissed.'According to this survivor, Ghislaine Maxwell—who transitioned from being Epstein's partner to his house manager—subjected her to 'punishment' following the proposal. The victim's notes indicate the suggestion caused significant friction, as she observed: 'humiliating for her [Maxwell] that JE want have child w/ me and not her. I look more his type.'Previous reports have already offered disturbing insights into Epstein's desire for offspring, notably a 2019 New York Times investigation. That report revealed his alleged plans to transform his New Mexico estate into a facility where he could impregnate multiple women with his DNA.The disgraced financier reportedly had a fixation on transhumanism, a field focused on enhancing the human race through genetic engineering and artificial intelligence. This obsession allegedly culminated in a plan to carry out inseminations at his Zorro ranch; indeed, some survivors recalled regaining consciousness at the property to find themselves in rooms filled with medical and laboratory apparatus.Claims of FatherhoodVirginia Giuffre and Johanna Sjoberg also alleged that Epstein expressed a desire to father children with them. Giuffre, who stated she was trafficked to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor for sex, joined Sjoberg in these claims; the latter provided details of the request during a 2015 deposition for a defamation lawsuit brought against Maxwell.
In her memoir published last year, Giuffre—who died by suicide in April 2025 at the age of 41—recalled how 'everything about Epstein and Maxwell's brazen request felt wrong.' She expressed her horror at the proposal, writing: 'There was no way I wanted to bring a child into the world for them to raise. What if the baby were female? Was the plan for Epstein and Maxwell to have me bring that little girl up until she reached puberty, then hand her over for them to abuse?'Although she was only 18 when she initially agreed to the proposal, Giuffre eventually fled after Epstein arranged for her to travel to Thailand for massage training. An Escape from the RequestSimilar claims were made by Johanna Sjoberg, who outlined a similar request during her 2015 deposition in the defamation lawsuit Giuffre filed against Maxwell.
During the full proceedings of Giuffre's defamation case, Sjoberg confirmed that Epstein had personally approached her about starting a family. She testified that the financier made the request on several occasions, explicitly stating, 'Basically just said, I want you to be the mother of my baby.'When questioned about how she handled these advances, Sjoberg explained that she opted for a non-committal approach rather than a direct confrontation: 'I don't believe that I said flat-out no. I didn't agree to it. I would just say, Oh, yeah, really? Okay.'
