Spring is officially in full swing, and Netflix is gearing up to deliver a massive month packed with high-stakes drama, star-studded comedies, and highly anticipated returning favorites. While we’re still expecting plenty more announcements to trickle in over the coming weeks, this preliminary roster already boasts some serious heavy hitters. Get ready for the return of Emmy-sweeping hits like Beef (Season 2) and the YA favorite XO, Kitty (Season 3), an animated nostalgic trip back to Hawkins in Stranger Things: Tales From ’85, and huge blockbuster swings like Charlize Theron’s action-thriller Apex and Emma Stone’s sci-fi dark comedy Bugonia. Throw in a massive live boxing clash (Tyson Fury vs. Arslanbek Makhmudov) and the streaming arrival of NBC’s hit sitcom St. Denis Medical, and April is already shaping up to be a month you won’t want to miss. Eat Pray Bark (2026) Netflix Original – In this Alpine-set comedy, five eccentric dog owners head to a training camp for their unruly pets, only to discover that they are the ones who actually need the coaching. Giving Hope: The Ni’Cola Mitchell Story (2023) – Lifetime movie – Tatyana Ali stars in this biopic on Ni’Cola Mitchell, a victim of unspeakable sexual violence who grew up to be a best-selling author and inspirational speaker. Happy’s Place (Season 1) – Reba McEntire stars as a woman who inherits her father’s tavern, only to discover she has a half-sister she never knew — and a new business partner she’ll have to learn to work with. Love on the Spectrum (Season 4) Netflix Original – Latest season of the award-winning dating reality series.  Madagascar (2005) – When four pampered animals from the Central Park Zoo are shipwrecked on the island of Madagascar, they must learn to survive in the wild with the help of some eccentric locals. St. Denis Medical (Season 1) – This mockumentary-style workplace comedy follows the overworked doctors and nurses at an underfunded Oregon hospital as they do their best to treat patients and maintain their own sanity. What’s Coming to Netflix on April 2nd Agent from Above (Season 1) Netflix Original – This Taiwanese fantasy action series follows a former criminal-turned-spirit medium who must atone for a childhood mistake by battling demons to protect the mortal world. The Ramparts of Ice (Season 1) Netflix Original – Based on the popular manga, this coming-of-age anime follows a reclusive high school student who begins to step out of her emotional shell when three persistent schoolmates enter her life. Sins of Kujo (Season 1) Netflix Original – A notorious lawyer who specializes in defending the most dangerous and morally ambiguous criminals forces a young elite attorney to question the true meaning of justice. The Bad Guys: The Series (Season 2) Netflix Original – The heist-loving crew of reformed outlaws is back for more animated adventures as they try to keep their “Good Guy” status while tackling new missions.
