Jill Duggar shared the heartbreaking moment she visited the grave of her stillborn daughter Isla Marie.The 34-year-old former 19 Kids and Counting star used Instagram to share the solemn scene with her nearly two million followers on Friday.She posted a selfie taken as she sat at her daughter's tombstone, where she set a bouquet of flowers.'Life is a constant combination of ups and downs, joy and sorrow, roses and thorns.
