Iran's state media has announced the country's leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was killed in US-Israeli strikes on the country.
Iran said it would respond with renewed attacks on Israel and American interests in the Middle East.
Khamenei ruled Iran for nearly 40 years before he was killed in his office on Saturday morning.
