Flexport CEO on potential IEEPA tariff refunds
The scramble to get tariff refunds is on and it’s up to the lower US Court of International Trade to determine whether refunds will be available, how they will be doled out, and to whom. Flexport launched a tariff refund calculator that CEO Ryan Petersen says will help companies recover some of their IEEPA expenses
