Reform UK leader Nigel Farage has announced his self-styled ‘shadow cabinet’ if his party was to win the next general election. Two of the biggest jobs went to Tory defectors - Robert Jenrick getting responsibilty for Treasury policy while Suella Braverman has the education brief. Farage described Reform UK as the "voice of opposition" to the Labour government. As the party with the largest number of MPs behind Labour, the Conservatives are the official opposition with a shadow cabinet mirroring government ministers.
